Basics of Values & Ethics

G2 displays your values and ethics in the {Your product name} Overview section of your product profile.

You can add your organization’s values to your product profile to help buyers make informed purchasing choices that align with their principles.

Values & Ethics information is applied at the company level.

For companies with multiple products, adding values to one product also adds the same information to profile pages across your organization. Do not enter values that are not shared across all of your products.

To add values and ethics:

  1. Go to my.G2, then navigate to Product Information > Values & Ethics.
  2. (Optional) Enter a Values & Ethics Summary of up to 240 characters.

G2 recommends using this field to briefly summarize your values for buyers if you do not have specifically defined values or ethics at your organization.

  1. Select Add value.
  2. Enter a Name of up to 50 characters and a Description of up to 120 characters.

You can add a maximum of 10 Values.

  1. Select Save.
